DELIVERY/SHIPPING INFORMATION
Before delivering or shipping your donation of stuffed animals,
please check to make sure they meet the HUGS DONATION GUIDELINES!

A.)  FOR DENVER METRO AREA/LOCAL (INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS)
You don’t need to ship them – You can drop them off:
Heritage Cleaners generously donates the cleaning of all of the donated, gently used and appropriate stuffed animals for Loving Hugs, Inc., before we send them to the children in need around the world. They also allow all of their locations in and around the Denver, Colorado area to be available as drop-off locations for any smaller individual donations of stuffed animals to our Cause (up to 100). Heritage Cleaners Locations, or you can also drop off smaller amounts to Avalon Aveda Spa in Littleton (303-730-9399).

 B.)  FOR DENVER METRO AREA – (FOR LARGER DONATIONS FROM LOCAL HUGS DRIVES): Please call us (303-948-0552) to schedule your delivery of Hugs from your Hugs Drive or for any larger donations from individuals. Please do NOT drop off large amounts at Heritage Cleaners or at Avalon Aveda Spa.

Donation Receipts for locally delivered stuffed animals: You can pick up a donation receipt at any Heritage Cleaners location when you deliver your individual donations in smaller quantities for us to them. You may also pick up a receipt from us, when you deliver your scheduled larger quantity donations to us at our Loving Hugs, Inc. World Headquarters.

C.)   FOR OUTSIDE OF COLORADO– SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer donors the ability to ship donations of stuffed animals to us by accessing our UPS account and thereby take advantage of any shipping discount we may have. Our UPS discount is based on a rolling average of incoming and outgoing shipments; we have no way of knowing what that discount is at any point in time. The rates that you will be given are their retail rates, and will not reflect their discount to us. To take advantage of this service, please read and follow the instructions noted below our addresses. Again, you may also choose regular mail or common carrier besides UPS.

In each box shipped, enclose the following:

1.)   A donation of $5.00 (or more) per box. Make check payable to: Loving Hugs, Inc.

2.)   A note with your name and email address IF you wish to receive a donation receipt for tax purposes/delivery confirmation.  Donation Receipts for tax purposes/acknowledgement of receipt of your donation will be provided ONLY IF a note is included inside the box.
